Dr. Aaron graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. Prior to chiropractic college, he graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. In his free time, Dr. Aaron focuses his attention on his wife, Maxine, two daughters, Bella and Ellie, and his golden retriever, Cosmo. He also loves trying new cuisines and seeing new places, as well as playing softball, volleyball, pickleball, working out, and going on hikes. He has a passion for working with current and former athletes and treating their whole family. He has had the pleasure of treating professional football players, golfers, hockey players, skiers, competitive weight-lifters, and more. Dr. Aaron is well-trained in several chiropractic techniques to best suit the needs of his community.

Dr. Katherine Caldwell

Dr. Kat attended Fairfield University where she played Division 1 soccer and graduated with a degree in Biology. She went on to attend the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters in Nutrition. In her free time, Dr. Kat loves to read, hike, and spend time with her husband, Jack, and their dog, Otto. She is dedicated to assisting all populations reach their unique functional goals and optimize heath.

Dr. Colin Bettleyon

Dr. Bettleyon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. He grew up in Pennsylvania where he played baseball, football, soccer, and basketball. Playing many different sports growing up, Dr. Bettleyon, has developed a passion for treating athletic injuries. He focuses on functional movement patterns, muscular imbalances, and rehabilitation to improve strength, reduce pain, and educate patients on injury prevention.

Dr. Colin Bechtel

Dr. Colin Bechtel’s journey into chiropractic care was shaped by his background in sports. As an athlete and patient, he experienced firsthand the powerful impact that chiropractic treatment and thoughtful consultations could have—not just in recovery, but in overall performance and well-being. Motivated by those experiences, Dr. Bechtel pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Maine before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. With a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, he approaches care with a personalized, lifestyle-based mindset, aiming to help others move, feel, and live better. Whether someone is managing pain, recovering from injury, or striving for optimal health, Dr. Bechtel provides evidence-informed strategies and real-world insight to support their journey.

Nicole Bruso

Licensed Massage Therapist

Nicole is a licensed massage therapist with a background in Communication & Media from Merrimack College. She earned her massage therapy certification from Spirit Wellness Institute and is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Nicole is passionate about helping others heal from injury and supporting their journey toward wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her dog. Nicole is well-versed in many techniques, but specializes in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and Thai yoga massage.

Petra Mankin

Practice Manager

Petra is our manager extraordinaire. She is the bright friendly voice you’ll hear when calling the office and the warm smile you’ll receive when coming in. Her top priority is to make your time with us as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Petra has a passion for dancing. When not at work you’ll find her at the studio or perhaps in NYC with her daughters Sophia and Annika, who themselves are elite dancers, traveling for competitions and auditions. She and her husband, Richard, are lovers of camping, kayaking, and the beach.

Natalie Smith

Chiropractic Assistant

Natalie is our Chiropractic Assistant. She loves to bring a smile to your face and encourage you throughout your day. You’ll meet in our extensive rehab space where she’ll work with you and guide you through your prescribed rehab exercises. With a hospitality background, Natalie has a heart for those around her and strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. When she’s not at the office, Natalie can be found on the water fishing or in the woods hunting.

Hadley Stogsdill

Chiropractic Assistant

Hadley Stogsdill is dedicated to helping patients improve both their physical and mental well-being. She enjoys getting to know each individual and guiding them through their personalized rehabilitation programs in the rehab room.

With a strong background in customer service, Hadley prioritizes creating a supportive, welcoming, and encouraging experience for every patient. She is currently a college student with plans to study and research the connection between the mind and body, a passion that continues to inform her work.

Amanda Reynolds-Gregg

Receptionist

Amanda is a lifelong Mainer who graduated from the University of Maine in Farmington with a BA in Theater and a BFA in Creative Writing. She’s been living in Portland for over a decade with her two cats Tantrum and Murray. She loves connecting with people and strives to make every patient who comes through the door feel comfortable and welcomed. In her spare time, Amanda likes to perform standup comedy, make YouTube videos, and play video games with her nephews.

Otto

Chief Treat Officer

Meet Otto, our beloved Chief Treat Officer! While he can be a little shy at first, Otto’s sweet personality always shines through. He loves making new canine friends, going on adventurous hikes with his mom and dad, and—when he’s not busy keeping an eye on the treat jar—he can often be found perched in his favorite armchair, “studying” chiropractic philosophy. Otto brings joy, comfort, and plenty of tail wags to our office family.

Xena

Director of Patient Happiness

Meet Xena, our four-legged morale officer and resident good-girl. Xena’s official duties include escorting patients to and from the lobby, providing on-demand cuddles, and keeping spirits high with her wagging tail and puppy charm. She takes her role very seriously (especially the cuddles) and has been known to improve moods instantly. When she’s not working, Xena can be found napping on the job, accepting belly rubs, and reminding us all to take joy in the little things.
